APX Capabilities
The moment everything has to be ready.
There is a moment in every live event when nothing else can be fixed. The crowd is at the gate. The cameras are warm. The sponsors are watching. Whatever is printed, fabricated, installed, and finished by that moment is what the world sees. Whatever isn’t, isn’t coming.
Most production failures don’t happen on a press. They happen at a hand-off. A vendor in Phoenix ships to a venue in Miami and the box arrives wrong. A color drifts between two production runs and the activation looks off on Instagram. A finisher misses a deadline and the install crew is standing on a loading dock at 2 a.m. with nothing to install. Multiply that risk across stages, suites, gates, garages, fan zones, and sponsor builds, and the math gets hard fast.
APX exists to make that math work. We are a national execution partner for the productions that cannot reschedule. Print, fabric, dimensional fabrication, kitting, logistics, and installation. All under one roof. Production hubs in Southern California, Las Vegas, and Orlando. One accountable team for the surfaces the cameras are pointed at.
Gates open. The whistle blows. The lights come up. Production failure isn't inconvenient. It's career damage, missed sponsor commitments, and revenue at the gate.
By the numbers.
Ten years and counting, supporting major live events, retail, and experiential programs nationwide.84+ live event productions delivered annually as Insomniac Holdings’ exclusive print production partner.9,000+ graphics produced in a single 10-day window at peak single-event capacity.1,400 retail locations supported through our EssilorLuxottica partnership.Three to four national rollouts every week, with kitting and fulfillment.
Numbers matter on this page because they answer the question every live-event buyer is silently asking before they pick up the phone:can these people actually handle the scale of what I’m running? The answer is yes, and the proof is happening every week, in every market, across every kind of high-pressure environment.
"Built for the moments the cameras don't miss."

What got delivered.
The work covers every substrate a live environment demands.
Venue and environmental. Building wraps. Wall graphics. Window perf. Wayfinding. Concourse signage. Site-wide graphic systems for permanent and temporary venues.
Fabric and soft signage. Tension fabric and SEG systems. Backlit displays. Flags and banners. Stage skirts. Festival arches. Dye-sublimation production on the EFI VUTEk FabriVU 340i, color-true and seamless.
Dimensional and builds. Dimensional letters. Routed signage. Sponsor structures. Trophy cases. Custom hospitality builds. Zund G3 precision cutting for anything mixed-media.
Activation and experiential. Step-and-repeats. Fan-zone environments. Pop-up activations. Vehicle wraps. Branded photo moments.
Behind every one of those formats is a calibrated press line. The EFI VUTEk GS3250LX Pro for rigid and roll. The EFI VUTEk 5r+ for super-wide, high-volume runs. The EFI VUTEk h5 for precision detail at production speed. The Canon Colorado M Series for fast roll-to-roll. The EFI VUTEk FabriVU 340i for fabric. The Zund G3 3XL for cutting and routing. Color matched on a Barbieri spectrophotometer before anything leaves the floor.
Most print partners won’t publish their equipment list. We publish ours because what is on the floor is the difference between a deadline we can promise and a deadline we can’t.
Our own crews. Our own trucks.
Our own crews. Our own trucks.
Trusted by the brands the cameras follow.
The work APX produces ends up in front of audiences that are watching closely. Insomniac. Oakley. TikTok. Disney. Toyota. Tiffany & Co. National brands and high-visibility live environments where every surface gets photographed, every color gets compared to the brand standard, and every install has to be on its mark before the lights come up.
We are also one of four primary approved print production partners supporting EssilorLuxottica, the global eyewear leader behind Sunglass Hut, Oakley, and LensCrafters. That partnership runs three to four national rollouts a week across 1,400 retail locations, with production, kitting, fulfillment, and store-specific distribution all handled in-house.
The same color discipline, the same in-house team, and the same accountability that makes a Sunglass Hut window install identical in Miami and Seattle is what makes a Beyond Wonderland gate arch identical to the rendering, and a Toyota Gate at Daytona match the broadcast color spec before practice on Friday.
